When will I receive my order?
Most of my items are made to order and each have their own production times, see production time for each listing. Please note production time is on top of shipping time. If you need your item by a specific date please message prior to ordering to make sure you will receive it in time
How do you ship items? UK - Everything is sent 2nd class Royal Mail as standard but 1st class upgrades are available at checkout if required
Royal Mail estimates are 1-3 working days for 2nd class and 1 working day for 1st class after posting. These are only estimates and delays can happen, especially during the festive period or severe bad weather. Please note that I am unable to claim with Royal Mail until 10 working days after the estimated arrival date, therefore I cannot refund/replace missing items until this timeframe has passed
Rest of world - everything is sent International Tracked and shipping estimate is 14-21 working days
I want some thing in a different colour? I can make some items in different colour ways, please send me a message and I will try to help
How will my order be packaged? I try to be as environmentally friendly as I can and use recyclable materials where I can. Your order will be either wrapped in tissue paper or tied with twine, feel free to add a note at the checkout if you want your item to go directly to someone else with a gift note
