Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns or exchanges if something doesn't fit or you change your mind. This EXCLUDES any personalised or custom orders, e.g. anything with a name or date on plus anything that has been made specifically for you and your requirements that is not in a usual variation offered. 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and the item must be in perfect condition as sold. Any loss in value will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and return within 14 days of delivery. 

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped please contact me within 2 hours of placing your order
